Chicken Rice Casserole

  1. Put soup and milk in a large pan and heat to boiling. Stir constantly.
  2. Stir in chicken, rice, beans, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of cheese, and 1/2 cup french fried onions
  3. Pour into a casserole dish
  4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
  5. Top with extra cheese and french fried onions.
  6. Bake for 5 more minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups cubed chicken
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 can green beans (drained)
  • 1 jar of mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of french friend onions
