- Cook the egg noodles
- Whisk together whole milk, flour, and heavy cream
- Mix together all the cheeses and add to the liquids (set aside some of the cheese for topping)
- Cube some ham and add to the mix
- Add fresh Italian parsley
- Add cooked noodles
- Pour into buttered baking dish, sprinkle leftover cheese on top
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
