Homemade Mac & Cheese

  1. Cook the egg noodles
  2. Whisk together whole milk, flour, and heavy cream
  3. Mix together all the cheeses and add to the liquids (set aside some of the cheese for topping)
  4. Cube some ham and add to the mix
  5. Add fresh Italian parsley
  6. Add cooked noodles
  7. Pour into buttered baking dish, sprinkle leftover cheese on top
  8. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes

  • 1 bag of egg noodles
  • 2.5 cups of whole milk
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozarella
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • ham
  • Italian parsley
