Party Potatoes

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
  2. In a greased 9×13 pan, bake at 350 for 1 hour
  3. Cover with foil for the first 30 minutes

  • 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
